DetailsThe River City Gems are a social and support group serving the crossdressing and transgender community of Northern California. We are based in Sacramento and have members from the Central Valley, the Bay Area, the Sierra Nevada, and neighboring states.
The primary mission of the River City Gems is to serve the needs of crossdressers, their partners, and their families. This means providing our members with opportunities to express, explore, and develop their cross-gendered selves in a safe, supportive environment. It also means offering support to wives and families, and maintaining an environment where they feel welcome and respected.
